So my "friend" Hilda in our Oklahoma office has really been on one this morning. She has been out of the office sporadically for the past 2 weeks and now, suddenly all of her problems are my fault. Amazing how that works out isn't it. Every application I have gotten from her in the last week has had one problem or another that I KNOW is a problem, but apparently I'm wrong. Again, my 5 previous years of credentialing experience mean nothing?
