For the past week I have had a strange stomachache/crampy/hungry pain in my middle... I wonder what it could be? Is it serious? Should I go to a doctor?

I thought you just went to the doctor? Yes you should go back. Parhaps its an ulceer from eating too much chocolate. Or maybe you're hungry and need to eat more than just junk for breakfast.
well nip - I went to "that" doctor... you know. She's not much help in the area of Internal Medicine.
Perhaps it is an ulcer but I blame car accidents and law suits.
And I have a yugart for breakfast every morning - thank you very much.

A Doctor once told me it was because I had allergies and needed to eat. Since then that has been my mantra...I have a headache and can't breahe because I have an allergy and I need to eat.
you're "mantra"? "a mystical formula of invocation or incantation" you're weird.
you probably have a headache because you can't breathe and you probably need an inhaler like the rest of us.
and I do eat real food most days. . . like today I'm having Pizza for lunch and probably something made with chicken for dinner. Yesterday I had enchiladas for lunch, nad pizza for dinner, and the day before that I had soup for lunch and enchiladas for dinner... AND my chosen snack item for the week... Carrots.
You should get it checked out. It may be an ulcer or just a virus, but you won't know until you go.
I also vote that you need to go to the Dr.
