1st Annual Ladies Night 2009

Last night was my first Ladies Night, and I must say it was a blast! I got together with my two friends Alesha and Ashley and had a great time.We had dinner at Applebee's in Bountiful and enjoyed each other's company. They both ordered Hamburgers, and I had my usual Oriental Chicken Wrap. Yumm. It was so nice to get out and just be with the girls, it has been so long since I have done that. I loved it!

It was fun to see Alesha she's always full of interesting news and I am glad she was able to make it. We caught up on the "family news" and discussed music and life and all the good things since last we met. . . And it is always fun when Ashley comes to play. Its been 2 years since I have seen her (and 5 years before that,) but I have realized that she is one of those friends that even if I don't see her for a long time we can get together and just pick up where we left off. I think I have 3 friends in the whole world I can do that with. It was fun to hear about her family and what changes she's had in her life. She's super great and she says she is looking forward to more of my Ladies Nights, which makes me look forward to introducing her to the other fantastic women in my life.

I'm sad that I forgot to take my camera last night, and that I even forgot that I had a camera on my phone or I'd post a picture. I just have to remind myself that I need to bring my camera next time. I drew a picture of us... see --->

I did miss all of you who didn't come, and I look forward to future nights where we can be together.

The next Ladies Night is set for April 15, 2009. I was thinking about going bowling.

I think I'll try and keep our venues in the Bountiful area since there are people coming from all over the valley and Bountiful seems like a good central location. More information to follow.
